His unique and diverse background has prepared him in guiding senior level executives, C-suite professionals, & high net-worth individuals & families on various complex matters. With 15+ years of his career in corporate banking, venture capital, & insurance, working with such firms as Comerica Bank, Wells Fargo Advisors, and numerous other regional firms.
Ara’s speciality is advising middle-market firms and senior level executives in matters ranging from capitalization, business planning and strategic operations. His philosophy is to take a proactive approach and develop a roadmap that leads to success utilizing sound strategies. As a trusted advisor, Ara makes it his priority to understand the goals and objectives which may range from an organization in growth mode to an investor groups seeking to deploy capital. Alan Hansen brings a wealth of experience & success to the table in the specialty home improvement sector. After an early career in the semiconductor industry, Alan acquired a ReBath franchise, where he set national sales records from the first year in business. Eventually, he would open 7 bathroom remodeling locations through organic growth & acquisition. In addition, he purchased a California Closets franchise during the depths of the financial crisis in 2010. Alan became the bathroom remodeling service provider for 57 Home Depot locations in California and Nevada.
Over the years, Alan sold the branches of his business & completed the final sale of USA Bath and his California Closets Franchise in 2020. As a business manager, Alan demonstrated particular acumen in recruiting & retaining great people. He has said, “When you have great people & provide them with a runway & the right direction, you can do great things.” Alan believes that employees benefit themselves & their business by building great habits & executing daily. Alan sought an important life balance, & sold his branches that were geographically challenging to service. With the extra time, he & his wife became foster parents & were able to provide a home for 30 children, many of whom were in transition through difficult family situations.
Alan began consulting in 2007, & selectively helped more than 15 home improvement & commercial contractors at various stages of development. Nathan (Nate) Stull is the founding principal of Stull Enterprises, the holding entity for Real Estate Solutions Unlimited, LLC focusing on the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sale of value-add real estate properties and Prosperous Properties, LLC, an indie real estate broker, based in Metro-Detroit. Nate has a passion for real estate investing and for providing updated, fashionable housing for homeowners and tenants. He has overseen the rehab of 120+ residential properties and brokered the sale of numerous residential and commercial properties.
Nate grew up in rural Michigan and completed his Associate of Arts, Political Science Degree at St. Clair County Community College and his Bachelor of Arts, Political Economy degree from Hillsdale College. After college Nate attended and graduated from University of Michigan Law School. He worked for a boutique law firm specializing in tax law, estate planning, and business succession planning before founding his own law firm in Detroit, STULL LAW, PLC.
One of Nate’s most enjoyable accomplishments was to assist the City of Detroit with the sale and management of its commercial real estate after restructuring the City’s Planning & Development Department after the City’s bankruptcy. Nate currently serves as a consultant to Grand 7 Detroit, a nonprofit community development corporation he helped found in 2013. Nate previously served on the boards for Grand 7 Detroit, Harvest Christian Church, V.I.S.I.O.N. (Vital Investments Serving in Our Neighborhoods), and Youth for Christ of Detroit.
